I have been a member of Canada’s National Triathlon Team for the past six years. I won the Canadian Junior title in 2003 which sparked a move to Victoria to train full time at the National Training Centre. Since making my World Cup debut in 2005 I’ve narrowly missed the podium at two Pan American Games with 4th place finishes in 2007 and 2011 and traveled to Beijing in 2008 as the Olympic Team alternate. In 2012 I won my first Canadian Senior title, my first World Cup title, and represented Canada at the Olympic Games in London. While continuing to race professionally in the ITU World Triathlon Series, my sights are now set on competing in my second Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil in 2016.
