Training has been going really well lately. I’ve enjoyed being in Vancouver. For the first couple weeks I was still getting my bearings but it was nice for a change. Different riding routes, new trails to run on, and 2 pools (side by side) to choose from. Swimming outdoors has been a nice treat especially with the great weather we’ve been having. Tich would be jealous! The last few weeks I’ve gotten into a really good routine. I’ve put in some solid work and I’m feeling fit and ready to go! I’ll be doing some sharpening workouts this week and then it’s off to France on Monday.
