We are now into our final week of the camp. The last 2 weeks have gone very well. I am feeling very fit right now and ready to start racing! My first race of the season will be the Ishigaki World Cup at the end of April, followed by the first World Championship Series race in South Korea.

This past weekend was a solid couple days of training. Saturday morning we had a long ride with 4x15min of race simulation intervals and Sunday was highlighted by our second track workout of the camp – a series of 800’s and 400’s. Both sessions went really well.

My swimming is also going well…probably the best it’s ever been. I’m really enjoying Philippe’s program. He’s helped me a lot with my stroke. Patrick and DJ have also been very helpful on the pool deck providing feedback.
